Organise Global Constitutional Congress

With society crumbling, and the threat of global chaos looming closer and closer, it goes without saying that most of us will survive physically.  Physical incarnations will be necessary through the 5th dimension, and a society of peoples as large and diverse as this one, some form of societal logistics management will be absolutely necessary.  The garbage will still need to be picked up, schools will still have to be open and organised, and trade between global communities will still need to be managed.  And most importantly, the internet will need to be maintained.  This will take organisation and agreements between peoples.  I am currently working on a Declaration of Independance (which I will post here when complete), and would like to organise a convention in South America, say Peru, where elders from all tribes on all the earth are represented equally, and we can come to consensus about what to do now that we no longer have the horrible governments that we have had up till now.  Everybody is talking about the end of the world and the end of corru[pt government, but nobody id talking about what to do when that happens.
